Challenges

Managing social media at scale requires consistent posting, platform-specific formatting, and constant engagement tracking. Users were relying on multiple disconnected tools, manual scheduling, and repetitive workflows, resulting in time loss, inconsistency, and limited visibility into overall performance.

GOAL

The goal was to design and build a centralized platform that automates social media posting while remaining simple to use. The product needed to reduce manual effort, support multiple platforms, and allow users to manage, schedule, and scale content effortlessly from a single dashboard.

Target Audience

PostAutoPilot is designed for content creators, social media managers, startups, and small businesses who want to maintain an active online presence without spending hours on daily posting, scheduling, and platform switching.

Lesscode's role in this Bubble.io app development covered both design and development. The product was completely designed in Figma, focusing on clarity, usability, and scalability, and then developed using Bubble's platform to deliver a functional, production-ready web application without compromising on the performance or the end-user experience.

Collaboration

Worked closely with stakeholders to understand product goals, user pain points, and technical constraints. Regular design reviews and feedback loops helped align the visual direction, feature prioritization, and development feasibility throughout the project lifecycle.

Contributions

Led the end-to-end design and development of PostAutoPilot, starting with high-fidelity UI designs and detailed user flows in Figma. Built a scalable design system to maintain consistency across the product and support future feature expansion. Developed the complete web application in Bubble.io, implementing workflows, logic, and integrations while ensuring performance, usability, and design accuracy from concept to launch.
