What the first call looks like.
Thirty minutes, no deck. You describe the process or the system that is not working, and we ask the questions that decide whether it is worth building: where the time actually goes today, which systems hold the data, what has already been tried, and what would have to be true for the project to count as a success. By the end you should know whether this is a two-week job, a two-month one, or something that should not be automated yet.
Nobody is going to chase you afterwards. If the fit is wrong, or the problem is better solved by a configuration change than by custom software, we will say so — that answer is cheaper for both of us than a project that ends in a rebuild.
What helps us answer faster.
If you already know the shape of the work, send it: the systems that need to talk to each other, the volume involved (calls, documents, records per month), any deadline driving the timeline, and a rough budget range if you have one. None of it is required, and it will not be used to price the work upward — it just means the first call can start at tradeoffs instead of at discovery.
