Challenges

Event planning for weddings and celebrations often involves juggling spreadsheets, messages, vendor details, guest lists, budgets, tasks, and timelines across disconnected tools. This creates stress, miscommunication, and inefficiencies that take attention away from the actual experience of the event.

GOAL

Design and build an intuitive web platform that centralizes event planning — allowing users to coordinate tasks, manage timelines, collaborate with friends and vendors, and stay ahead of deadlines in a joyful, stress-free way.

Target Audience

Individuals planning weddings, milestone celebrations, family events, and social gatherings who want a structured yet flexible tool to manage tasks, collaborators, budgets, and deadlines in one place.

Our Role

Design
Develop.

Our role in this project was both design and development — designing and fine-tuning every part of Sajaii’s user experience from early concept through to live product. Sajaii App's UI/UX was designed in Figma and developed in Bubble.io to deliver a scalable and interactive event planning experience.

Collaboration

Worked closely with the founders and event planning experts to understand real pain points in event coordination, and translate these into structured user journeys. Regular stakeholder workshops informed priority features, design iterations, and workflow decisions to ensure the product met both user needs and business goals.

Contributions

Led the end-to-end design and build of Sajaii’s platforms, including mapping interactive user flows, crafting high-fidelity screens in Figma, developing a reusable design system, and implementing the product in Bubble.io. This included event management dashboards, shared task views, collaboration tools, budget and timeline tracking, and responsive web experiences that adapt across devices.
