Initializing Quote Calculator...

What the estimate is based on.

Software estimates go wrong in a predictable way: the build is quoted and the surrounding work is not. Authentication, permissions, audit trails, retries against APIs that fail intermittently, the admin screens somebody needs on day one — that work is most of the difference between a demo and a system a business can run on, and it is the work that gets left out of a number pulled from thin air.

The calculator prices the whole thing. Each capability you select carries the integration, data-modelling, and hardening effort it really implies, and the resource and timeline choices adjust for team shape and how compressed the schedule is. A tighter deadline costs more because it buys parallel capacity, not because it buys urgency.

What it does not include.

Nothing here can price the condition of what you already have. An integration into a clean, documented API is a different job from the same integration into an undocumented one behind a legacy gateway, and migrating data that was never validated on the way in is its own project. Where an estimate is going to move materially, we would rather say so on a call than bury a contingency in the number.

Ongoing cost sits outside the estimate too: model inference, voice minutes, hosting, and third-party licences are billed by the vendors that provide them. We size those separately so the build number stays a build number.

Common questions.

How accurate is the estimate?
It reflects the same rate card and effort model we use to quote real engagements, so the range is the one a scoping call would land on for a project of that shape. What moves it afterwards is detail the form cannot ask for: the state of the system you already have, how many third-party APIs misbehave, and how much of the data needs cleaning before anything can be automated.
Why does it ask for an email?
The estimate is generated and emailed as a document you can forward to whoever signs off on budget, so the address has to be verified before we send it. We do not pass it to a sales sequence, and nobody calls you because you ran the calculator.
What happens after I submit?
You get the breakdown in your inbox straight away. If you want to go further, we read the configuration before the first call, so the conversation starts at tradeoffs and sequencing rather than at the beginning.
Can the scope change later?
Yes, and it usually does. The estimate is a starting position, not a contract. Most work ends up fixed-scope and fixed-price once discovery has shown what is actually there, and anything out of scope gets quoted separately rather than absorbed quietly.
