Done for you · One agreed scope

Your website, app, and automations, built by one team. Then run it yourself.

Design, development, the integrations that connect it, SEO and marketing setup, and launch — scoped and priced before any work starts. After handover, everyday updates happen in your dashboard, or by asking a connected AI assistant to prepare the change for your approval.

The call is thirty minutes, no deck. By the end you should know whether this is a two-week job, a two-month one, or something that should not be built yet.

Start with an idea, an existing website, or an AI prototype. We’ll review what you need and discuss the next step.

What you get

One project. Four things delivered.

Your proposal confirms which of these are in scope, what each includes, and what it costs.

The product itself

A website, web application, or mobile app, designed and built around how your business actually works.

Everything connected

The payments, bookings, CRM, notifications, and data movement agreed in your scope, wired up and tested.

A findable launch

Technical SEO essentials, page structure, metadata, tracking, and the agreed marketing pages in place on day one.

Controls you can use

A dashboard for everyday changes, plus selected tasks configured so a connected AI assistant can prepare them for your approval.

Who it’s for

Three ways people arrive here.

AI makes designs, code, and prototypes easy to produce. Business rules, connected data, payments, permissions, testing, and day-to-day operation are the part that still needs a team.

Founders and new products

You have an idea and need it built.

Planning, design, build, integrations, and launch for a first working version—so you can put it in front of real customers instead of describing it.

Custom software development
Established businesses

The work runs on manual steps and disconnected tools.

Connect what you already use, automate the routine handoffs, and get the reporting and internal tools your team is currently doing by hand.

Business process automation
Unfinished AI builds

A prototype works in the demo but not in production.

We assess the code, data, integrations, and deployment, then tell you what is worth keeping and what needs rebuilding before customers touch it.

AI audit and rescue
How the pieces work together

See how the pieces work together.

Imagine a service business where a customer finds your website, chooses a service, books an appointment, and pays online. Their details reach your CRM, your team gets the information it needs, and follow-up messages go out through an agreed workflow.

Then, when opening hours or service descriptions change, you update them through your dashboard or ask your connected assistant to prepare the change for review.

Services and deliverables

The capabilities your project needs, coordinated by one team.

We bring the relevant disciplines into one delivery plan. Together, we decide what belongs in your first release and what can follow later.

01

Business and product planning

Turn your idea, customer journeys, and business rules into an agreed plan for delivery.

02

Brand and interface design

Create a consistent visual direction and clear experiences across the screens your customers use.

03

Websites and web applications

Build sales pages, portals, dashboards, memberships, marketplaces, and other web-based tools around your requirements.

04

Mobile applications

Build mobile experiences where your customers or team need them, with platform and release requirements agreed in scope.

05

Integrations and automation

Connect the agreed tools for payments, bookings, CRM, notifications, data movement, and internal operations.

06

SEO foundations

Set up the agreed technical SEO essentials, page structure, metadata, and initial content requirements.

07

Marketing and social media setup

Build agreed landing pages, tracking, email sequences, social templates, and publishing workflows.

08

AI-enabled management

Configure and test selected tasks that you can manage through a connected assistant.

Your proposal lists the included deliverables, integrations, revision rounds, and exclusions. Ongoing content production, SEO work, advertising management, and social media management are available through a separate agreement where offered.

Plan My Project
Business logic intake

You explain the business. We turn it into a build plan.

You do not need a technical specification to start. Tell us who your customers are, what they should be able to do, and what needs to happen behind the scenes.

Bring your notes, examples, sketches, or existing prototype. We’ll identify the decisions needed for an agreed scope.

What we will ask about
  • Who uses the system and what each person can access
  • What happens between an enquiry and a completed sale
  • How bookings, payments, subscriptions, or approvals work
  • Which tasks should happen automatically
  • Which existing tools and data need to connect
  • What happens when a payment fails or a booking changes
  • Which tasks you want to manage after launch
Delivery process

A clear process from the first conversation to a working handover.

01

Explain the goal

Share your business, current tools, priorities, budget range, and target date. We review whether the project fits our capabilities and discuss what should happen next.

02

Agree the plan

Define the initial release, business rules, designs, integrations, deliverables, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria. You receive the proposed price, milestones, and expected operating costs before committing.

03

Build and review

Review working progress at agreed checkpoints. We test the customer journeys, integrations, and agreed AI actions against the project requirements.

04

Launch and learn

Complete the launch checks, connect the agreed accounts, and learn how to operate the system. We provide documentation and walk through management tasks included in your handover.

Complex or uncertain projects may begin with a separately agreed discovery phase. Any discovery fee and deliverables are agreed before that work starts.

AI management after launch

Keep everyday updates in your hands.

We build an agreed set of management actions into your system and connect them to a compatible AI assistant. You can also use your dashboard directly.

What makes this work?

Lesscode defines and tests specific tools, configures access, and adds the permissions and review steps agreed for your project. Publishing and other consequential actions follow those controls.

Example requestSupported action to agree and test
“Update our opening hours.”Edit designated business information.
“Prepare a new service description.”Create a draft for review.
“Draft a blog post about this topic.”Save a draft in the agreed content system.
“Update this page’s SEO description.”Edit permitted metadata fields.
“Show me this month’s enquiries.”Retrieve an agreed report from authorized data.
“Prepare social posts for next week.”Create drafts through the agreed publishing integration.

Your handover includes the supported task list, connection instructions, example requests, and guidance on when to ask for technical help.

AI management covers the actions built and tested for your project. New features, major layout changes, infrastructure work, and unsupported integrations need separate assessment. Assistant availability and third-party requirements can change.

Already started building with AI?

Show us what you have. We can assess the code, workflows, integrations, and deployment setup, then recommend what to keep, improve, or rebuild. You’ll understand the proposed next step before committing to further development.

Plan My Project

Leave with a system you understand and can operate.

We agree ownership and access at the start, then document the handover as part of delivery.

  • —Custom source code and project assets identified in your agreement
  • —Client-controlled domain, hosting, repository, and service accounts where applicable
  • —Access to your content, business data, and agreed administration tools
  • —Deployment and configuration documentation
  • —A list of third-party services, subscriptions, and operating responsibilities
  • —Training for the dashboard and supported AI management tasks

Third-party platforms, templates, fonts, plugins, and other licensed components remain subject to their own terms. Your proposal identifies relevant dependencies.

A fixed project fee for an agreed build.

Your proposal defines what we will deliver, how we will review it together, and what it will cost. Payments follow agreed milestones.

For larger projects, we can scope the work in stages so you can launch the most useful version first.

Project build

One-time fee for the design, development, integrations, testing, launch, and handover listed in the proposal.

Operating costs

Hosting, domains, AI subscriptions or API usage, email or messaging, and other third-party services where needed.

Optional ongoing services

Maintenance, campaign management, content production, SEO, social media work, or additional development under a separate scope.

Starting point
from $1,500

A fixed-scope audit of an existing build: system review, root-cause diagnosis, and a developer-ready roadmap.

Full builds
Project-based

Quoted against an agreed scope before work starts. What moves the number: how many user roles, how many integrations, whether payments or subscriptions are involved, and how much of it is new design.

Delivered timelines
6–10 weeks

The range across the case studies above, from a two-sided marketplace to a fintech CRM. Your timeline is agreed with the scope, not before it.

We identify expected operating costs and explain any usage-based assumptions before you approve the build. Estimates can change with usage or third-party pricing.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about the build and handover.

Can I build this myself with AI?

Yes. Lesscode is for owners who want an experienced team to take responsibility for the agreed planning, design, implementation, testing, and launch. You stay involved in business decisions and review the work at agreed checkpoints.

Do I need a technical specification?

No. Start with what your business does, who will use the system, and what should happen. We help identify the requirements needed to agree the scope. Complex projects may require a separately agreed discovery phase.

Do I need to give you my AI account?

Describe your idea and share any existing work first. During delivery, we agree which accounts and services are needed. Access should use appropriate invitations, permissions, or integrations. Do not send passwords or API keys through the enquiry form.

Does one fee include every service listed on this page?

Your project fee covers the deliverables listed in your proposal. We select the services needed for your goals and agree their scope before work begins.

Is the mobile app included?

A mobile app is included when it is part of the agreed scope. App store accounts, submissions, review requirements, and related responsibilities are addressed in the proposal. Store approval is controlled by the platform.

Will I have ongoing costs?

Most live systems have operating costs, such as hosting, domains, email, third-party tools, or AI usage. We identify the expected services and explain usage-based costs before the build is approved.

Can I manage everything through Claude or Codex?

You can use the assistant for the specific actions built and tested for your project, subject to its permissions and current capabilities. Your handover explains those actions. New functionality and technical maintenance may need additional work.

What if I prefer to use a dashboard?

Your agreed dashboard provides a direct way to perform supported management tasks. We include training on the relevant workflows during handover.

Do you handle ongoing SEO and social media?

The initial project can include agreed SEO foundations, content templates, tracking, and publishing workflows. Continued content creation, optimization, posting, and campaign management require an ongoing service agreement or a customer-managed process.

Do you guarantee rankings, leads, or revenue?

We agree deliverables and acceptance criteria for the work. Rankings, lead volume, and revenue also depend on your market, offer, traffic, budget, and ongoing execution. We do not promise a guaranteed commercial result from the build alone.

Who owns the finished work?

Ownership of custom work, access to accounts, and handover conditions are defined in your agreement. Third-party software and licensed assets remain subject to their own terms.

What happens if I need help after launch?

Your proposal explains the included support period, what it covers, and how to request help. Maintenance, new features, and additional services can be scoped separately.

How long does a project take?

The timeline depends on scope, integrations, content readiness, and review requirements. We propose milestones after assessing the project and explain which inputs we need from you.

Project brief

Let’s understand what you want to build.

Share the essentials below. We’ll review your brief and contact you about the next step.

Tell us how your business should work. Bring your idea, current setup, or existing prototype. We’ll help identify the first useful release and discuss the work needed to get it live.

Would rather talk it through?
